Foley’s Athletic Department continues to improve as Coach Niblett adds two more talented  coaches to his staff.  Go Lions!

Name: Justin Tyler Crane

New Position: Football and Track

Previous Position: Defensive Co. Cherokee County High School

Education: Bachelors in Education Social Science from Jacksonville St. and certified in Physical Education

Background: I have been coaching for 6 years (Jacksonville, Sand Rock, Winterboro, and Cherokee County High) Played Tight End at Huntingdon College and transferred back to Jacksonville St. to finish school

Why did you choose Foley: I choose to come to Foley High after I visited the first time. This is a wonderful community with great people with great values. It reminds me a lot of back home where family comes first, but there is a beach ten minutes away. I knew after I visited campus the first day that I wanted to be a part of something special here at Foley.

Family: I have been married to my wonderful wife Megan for 2 years

Name: Braxton Whitlow

New position: English Teacher/Freshman Assistant Football Coach

Former Position: Volunteer Varsity Assistant Football Coach at Sumiton Christian School

Education: Dora High School 2009 Graduate

University of Alabama-Birmingham B.S. Secondary Education/English

Graduated December 2014

Background: I am 24 years old and from Dora, AL.

Why did you choose Foley:  I chose Foley High School because I wanted to work at a school with a great athletic and academic tradition. I have always heard about the great amount of support that the Foley community provides to the students and student athletes as well as the tremendous amount of pride that the community puts into the school.
